HEALTHY DAL FOR LONG HAIR

DAL RECIPE |  HEALTH BENEFITS OF DAL | COMMON FACTORS OF DAL

        Dal is a dish created from dried , split pulses, commonly lentils. It's a most common food on south Asia, mainly on India, Pakistan,   Sri Lanka , Nepal , Afghanistan and Bangladesh .Which a curry dish . good to serve with chapati or paratha  .
           It's a protein rich dish , lentils are enrich of protein and fiber (soluble fiber) , potassium ,magnesium , B vitamins and other nutrients. Regular consumption this food will  help you to improve Blood Pressure, Blood Cholesterol , Blood Sugar Control and other Cardio-metabolic risk factors.which also help to have long hair.

How to Make it Yourself ?

Ingredients  :- 
Red Lentil                 :   1 cup
Ginger                       :   1 piece ,peeled 
Turmeric Powder      :   1/4 teaspoon
Salt                            :  1 teaspoon
Pepper Powder         :  1/2 teaspoon
Vegetable Oil            :   4 teaspoon
Chopped Onion         :  1/2 Cup
Cumin                        :  1 teaspoon
Minced Garlic            :   1/2 teaspoon

          wash lentil well on with water ,place it with ginger, turmeric powder , salt and pepper on a saucepan . cover with 1 inch of water and bring to boil . boil this mixture until the Lentil become tender and soupy . 
             Heating the vegetable oil in a little pan add chopped onion ,cook until onions are light golden brown and then add cumin and minced garlic to this and finally mix this mixture with boiled lentil. Now  it's ready !!!!
