        Kunafa is a Arabian traditional food .Is a kind  of sweet , covered with crispy noodle like pastry and filled with kistha , a kind of cheese is a kind of cheese.This dish is mainly used on Palestine ,Egypt ,Turkey  and Syria. 
          It's crispy and hard outside and yummy and softy inside. Is serve with a sugar syrup ,a dipped piece of kunafa on this syrup will give a great experience to your tongue.
            This food have high calories , and the cheese contain calcium , which enrich of vitamin A   and potassium .

Ingredients 

Kunafa Pastry Dough : 1 lb
Melted Butter              :   0.5 lb
Granulated Sugar       :   1.5 cups
Water                          :  1 cup
Lemon Juice               :  1/2 teaspoon
Rose Water                 :  1/2 teaspoon
Vanilla Extract             :  1/2 teaspoon
Blanched Almond        :  1/4 cup
Golden Raisin              :   1/2 cup
Pistachios                    :  2.5 cups
Ground Cinnamon       :  2 teaspoon
Ricotta Cheese            : 1 lb

          In a heavy bottomed saucepan over medium-high heat, add water, the 1 1/2 cups sugar and lemon juice. Stir to combine. Bring to a boil. Let simmer to a syrupy consistency. Remove from heat, let cool and add rosewater or vanilla.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F/180 degrees Celsius Butter a 12-inch round, 2-inch high cake pan.In a large bowl gently loosen kataifi. Mix very well with the 1/2 pound of melted butter. Place blanched almonds in a decorative pattern in the cake pan. Cover with half of the kataifi. Press down lightly.If using the ricotta cheese, spread in an even layer over kataifi, then cover with the remaining half of the kataifi. Press down gently. If using the raisins and walnuts sprinkle an even layer over kataifi. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Cover with the remainig half of the kataifi. Press down gently.Bake until lightly golden, about 30 to 45 minutes. Immediately pour cold sugar syrup evenly over the hot kunafa. Let cool completely to room temperature. Invert onto serving plate.

           It's a protein rich dish , lentils are enrich of protein and fiber (soluble fiber) , potassium ,magnesium , B vitamins and other nutrients. Regular consumption this food will  help you to improve Blood Pressure, Blood Cholesterol , Blood Sugar Control and other Cardio-metabolic risk factors.which also help to have long hair.

How to Make it Yourself ?

Ingredients  :- 
Red Lentil                 :   1 cup
Ginger                       :   1 piece ,peeled 
Turmeric Powder      :   1/4 teaspoon
Salt                            :  1 teaspoon
Pepper Powder         :  1/2 teaspoon
Vegetable Oil            :   4 teaspoon
Chopped Onion         :  1/2 Cup
Cumin                        :  1 teaspoon
Minced Garlic            :   1/2 teaspoon

          wash lentil well on with water ,place it with ginger, turmeric powder , salt and pepper on a saucepan . cover with 1 inch of water and bring to boil . boil this mixture until the Lentil become tender and soupy . 
             Heating the vegetable oil in a little pan add chopped onion ,cook until onions are light golden brown and then add cumin and minced garlic to this and finally mix this mixture with boiled lentil. Now  it's ready !!!!

        The Chicken Tandoori Tikka is a healthiest chicken dish.The chicken is dipped in yogurt and mixed with spices and then roasted  .The word tikka means cut ,you can observe several diagonal and horizontal cuts on the picture . The absence of oil make this dish low fat . It's an Indian recipe  .   The spices using for tandoori tikka is mixture of tandoori and tikka spices .
              Serve it with a chapati or tandoori rotty ,may be a little of coriander leaves-green chilly chutney ,vegetable salad rich of cabbage ,cucumber , a piece of lemon ,and you will definitely get hand shake from your guest.
                    The common doubt everybody have ,is it so nutritious?, and my answer is off-course it's ,and the reason is that which contains  all nutritional elements ,Yogurt a source of calcium and protein , Garlic is good for heart and circulatory system and the chicken is low fat and high protein.
